LOCALIZED VIDEO & SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY FOR VELUX

OVERVIEW
TURNING PRODUCT EXPERTISE INTO PRACTICAL VIDEO CONTENT
VELUX is a globally recognized brand known for roof windows and daylight solutions. In local markets, however, global marketing content alone does not always address the practical questions, context and trust factors that influence consumer decisions.
For the Croatian market, we developed a localized video and social media strategy designed to transform frequently asked questions about VELUX products into clear, useful and engaging educational content for homeowners, renovators and architects.
CHALLENGE
Challenge
Choosing roof windows or planning a home renovation often involves technical questions that are difficult to answer through conventional product communication alone. VELUX needed a more accessible way to provide practical guidance while maintaining the expertise and credibility of the brand.
The challenge was to translate product knowledge and frequently asked questions into content that felt relevant to local audiences and could build trust through useful, easy-to-understand information.
APPROACH / SOLUTION
Approach / Solution
We built the content strategy around localized educational video storytelling. Frequently asked questions about VELUX products and renovation topics became the starting point for practical video content, supported by creative concept development, storytelling, production, editing and post-production.
The content was planned specifically for social media, with Facebook as the primary distribution platform. Social media management and community management helped extend the role of the videos beyond reach alone, creating an ongoing channel for useful brand communication and audience engagement.
